2. Tickets and Purchases

Ticket prices, availability, and any per-ticket service or processing fees are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. All purchases are processed over secure, encrypted connections. Your ticket confirmation is delivered by email to the address you provide at checkout.

3. Refunds and Cancellations

Refund policies are set per event and are displayed on the event page. If an event is canceled or rescheduled, we will notify ticket holders by email with the available options. Service and processing fees may be non-refundable except where required by law.

4. Event Admission

Events may carry their own admission requirements (for example, age ranges or capacity limits) set by the event organizer and shown on the event page. Admission may be refused, with a refund of the ticket price, where those requirements are not met.

5. Conduct

You agree to provide accurate information when purchasing tickets and not to use the platform for any fraudulent or unlawful purpose. We reserve the right to cancel orders that appear fraudulent.

6. Limitation of Liability

CityEventTix.com acts as a ticketing platform. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with any ticket purchase is limited to the amount paid for that purchase.
