We use your information to process ticket orders, send order confirmations and event updates (such as reminders, changes, or cancellations), and provide customer support.

What We Don't Do

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers needed to operate the platform (such as payment processors and email delivery services) and with the organizer of the event you purchased tickets for, for admission purposes.

Email Preferences

Transactional emails (order confirmations, event changes) are sent to all ticket holders. You can opt out of promotional email at any time via the unsubscribe page or the link in any promotional message.
